2026 TWILIGHT Season
JUNIOR COMPETITION - Twilight
Our Thursday Twilight Junior Competition is the perfect way for juniors to enjoy netball in a fun, friendly and supportive environment. Whether they're trying netball for the first time or already love the game, Twilight is all about building confidence, developing skills, making friends and having fun on the court.
Running throughout our Spring Season (September – November), games are played outdoors on Thursday afternoons and evenings, making Twilight the perfect after-school activity for young players.
We believe junior sport should be about developing skills, building friendships and fostering a lifelong love of netball. That's why our
11 & Under competition does not feature finals, ensuring the emphasis remains on learning, participation and enjoyment as our youngest players continue to build their confidence and develop their skills.
The competition welcomes players of all abilities, with teams entered by local Netball Clubs, schools and Non-Club-Affiliated teams. It's a fantastic opportunity for children to stay active, continue developing their skills and be part of a fun, inclusive community where everyone is encouraged to give netball a go.
If your child would like to play through a local Club, we encourage you to contact your preferred Participating Club to find out about training and team opportunities.
Don't have a Club? No problem! Non-Club-Affiliated teams are always welcome, and if you're registering as an singular player, WDNA will happily help place your junior into a team.
If you're registering a Non-Club-Affiliated team, simply complete the WDNA Twilight Junior Registration Form , and we'll help get your team set up in Netball Connect.
If you're a Participating Club representative looking to register team(s), your Club Administrator can head straight to Netball Connect.
We can't wait to welcome new and returning players for another exciting season of Twilight netball!
Thank you to Wonthaggi Miners Dispensary for generously donating our Court Box First Aid kits, helping ensure our players have access to essential first aid support on game days.
