Constitution
bylaws & policies
The Wonthaggi & District Netball Association (W&DNA) is governed by its Constitution and Bylaws, and guided by its Policies, which together provide the framework for how the Association operates.
The Constitution establishes the Association’s purpose, governance structure and decision-making authority. The Bylaws set out the core rules and expectations for members, officials and participants, while Policies provide clear guidance on specific matters such as safety, conduct and operational procedures.
Collectively, these documents support fair and consistent decision-making, promote a safe, inclusive and respectful environment, and ensure the W&DNA meets its legal and ethical responsibilities.
See you on the court!
